I'm a Direct Entry Midwife and board-certified lactation consultant serving Utah County and Juab County. I'm devoted to walking alongside women through the childbearing year — with gentle support every step of the way

  • Camille was by my side during a labor that I’m still coming to terms with. The most important part was bringing my baby earth side, safe and sound. But the process didn't go to plan. Camille helped me feel empowered during the parts I felt in control of. She provided counter pressure I needed (with her, what I like to call, magic hands because they were warm and soothed the ache), poured water on me while I labored in a tub. provided peppermint oil to take the nausea away and helped me when I did eventually throw up a couple times, reminded me that I was made for this, reminded me to stop apologizing, let me crush her hands when I felt like my birthing experience was turning from just pain to suffering, provided honey sticks for energy, and stuck by my side during a 28 hour labor. She talked with me in follow up appointments as I still processed some of the sadness I felt on some outcomes of the birth, and provided comfort. Camille is an incredible doula and support to have during your birth experience. I would love to have her to lean on during any of my future births and couldn’t imagine my birth without her. She is a major source of strength, knowledge, and comfort.

FAQ’s

  • For lactation, I serve families within a 30 minute radius of Mapleton, Utah. I can go farther for an additional travel fee.

    For birth clients, I can serve clients up to 1 hour away. This includes Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Draper, American Fork, Orem, Provo, Springville, Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Payson, Santaquin, Nephi, Mt Pleasant, Fairview, Fountain Green, and any cities close to these areas.

  • Safety is my top priority. I am trained in birth emergencies and have taken trainings on hemorrhage, shoulder dystocia, neonatal resuscitation, and more. I am NRP and CPR certified. We will discuss transfer procedures and possible emergency situations during your prenatal visits so you feel comfortable and safe.

  • For lactation visits, payment is due at the time of service. For midwifery and doula clients, payment plants are built in and I am willing to be flexible and modify if needed.

  • I can accept some insurance plans for lactation. These are listed on the offerings page. If you have a question about your insurance, pleas reach out.

    Midwives in Utah cannot accept insurance. However, I can accept HSA/FSA.
